Your mission:
For our client, a major player in its field and based in central Valais, we are seeking their future:
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER at 100% (M/F) - PERMANENT
As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance activities of an industrial site to ensure the availability, reliability and performance of equipment, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and cost requirements.
Main responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
Organise and supervise preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of installations.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs): availability rate, maintenance costs, etc.
Ensure continuity and reliability of production equipment.
Analyse breakdowns and implement corrective and improvement actions to reduce downtime and recurrence.
Develop and optimise maintenance plans and intervention schedules.
Manage the maintenance budget, investments and spare parts inventory.
Manage service providers and subcontractors, from consultation to intervention follow-up.
Participate in industrial projects: installation of new equipment, line modifications, process improvements and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory standards.
Deploy a continuous improvement approach and contribute to the digitalisation of maintenance (CMMS, data monitoring, condition-based maintenance).
Objective: to transform maintenance from a mainly reactive role into a true lever of industrial performance, improving equipment availability, employee safety and cost control.

Strong technical background in mechanics, electricity, automation and/or electromechanics, with proven experience in a demanding industrial environment.
