Tasks
You teach one of three mixed-age 1st/2nd grade classes as the class teacher.
You coordinate collaboration in the multiprofessional team (special education, SSA).
You plan and design differentiated and cooperative lessons.
You actively participate in the grade team.
You take part in projects and in the further development of the school.
Requirements
Primary school teaching diploma (or equivalent qualification)
Committed, flexible, and team-oriented personality.
Enjoyment of collaboration and cooperative leadership.
Pedagogical clarity, strong communication skills, and appreciation in dealing with children and adults.
Interest in innovation and school development.
