For our financial accounting department, we are looking for a Senior Accountant, 60-70% from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement
Senior Accountant, 60-70%
Your tasks – our position
- Management and supervision of the accounting for several subsidiaries of the group
- Preparation of certain debtor invoices and monitoring of open items
- Monitoring and control of creditors
- Account reconciliations and account control
- Assistance with financial statements
- Preparation of closing entries and the required documents
- Active participation in the consolidation process of the group financial statements
- Preparation, review and reconciliation of data required for consolidation
- Reconciliation and monitoring of intercompany balances
- Use of the accounting systems Abacus and SAP
- Collaboration with various internal contacts and the finance department
Your skills – our requirements
- Training in accounting/finance or equivalent education
- Proven experience in accounting, ideally in a cross-group environment
- Experience with financial statements
- Experience with consolidation of group financial statements is an advantage
- Good understanding of consolidation processes and intercompany transactions
- Good knowledge of Abacus and/or SAP as well as Excel
- Independent, precise and structured working style
- Native German or French speaker, with good knowledge of the other language
