Chief Operating Officer

As part of its development, a company specialising in the medical devices sector is seeking its future Chief Operating Officer to work directly with the CEO in managing and structuring operations.

Main Responsibilities

A true operational right-hand to the CEO, the COO will notably be responsible for:

• Supervising and optimising production, logistics and purchasing activities;

• Structuring and improving the company's management and operational processes;

• Managing the evolution of information systems: ERP, CRM, IT infrastructure and digital tools;

• Supporting the integration of automation and artificial intelligence solutions;

• Overseeing web tools and platforms as well as interfaces with marketplaces;

• Implementing the performance indicators necessary for operations management;

• Supporting the CEO in the growth, structuring and transformation of the company.

Profile Sought

We are looking for a profile with significant experience in an operations management role (COO, VP Operations, Operations Director, Head of Operations…) or who has already held a position with a comparable scope.

Experience in the medical devices / MedTech sector or in a regulated industrial environment is a real advantage.

The sought profile combines leadership, operational vision and execution capability, with a good understanding of the challenges related to production, supply chain and digital transformation.
