Property Manager (80 - 100%)

from 1 March 2027 for our branch in Affoltern am Albis.

In this varied role:

• you independently manage an interesting property portfolio with rental properties and condominium owners' associations in the Knonaueramt and on the left shore of Lake Zurich
• you prepare rental contracts including related annexes and addenda as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
• you prepare, conduct, and follow up on condominium owners' meetings
• you handle terminations, new rentals, and re-rentals
• you carry out apartment inspections and handovers, rent adjustments, etc.
• you have an open ear for the concerns of tenants and condominium owners as well as caretakers and craftsmen
• you ensure the maintenance of the properties, organise and accompany renovations
• you review quotes and award contracts to craftsmen
• you support the team with your expertise
• you have the opportunity to take over the management of the Affoltern am Albis branch at a later date
• you maintain close contact with our team at the headquarters in Wädenswil

Your profile:

• you have a commercial or equivalent basic education, several years of professional experience in the real estate sector, and ideally a Swiss federal specialist certificate in property management
• you have pleasant manners, a confident demeanour, and gladly take on responsibility
• you are customer-oriented, communicative, and a team player
• you think holistically and act entrepreneurially
• you write and speak German fluently and are proficient in MS Office programmes
