With comprehensive corporate health management (CHM), an industry-specific daily sickness allowance insurance (DSAI) and the specially developed platform «eAbsence» for reporting sickness and accident absences, enovetic proactively supports customers in health promotion and prevention in the workplace.
 
Our focus is on specifically supporting companies and their employees around health, case management and performance management. In doing so, we create the foundation to recognise absence cases early, provide targeted support and promote a healthy working day. What to expect

• You design, develop and implement CHM prevention offers for customers and further develop target group-specific formats
• You plan and conduct workshops, training sessions and awareness measures on health promotion and prevention
• You advise customers in the area of corporate health promotion and prevention and support them in implementing appropriate measures
• You evaluate prevention measures, CHM processes and services, analyse relevant key figures and derive concrete measures from them
• You support the positioning, further development and marketing of our CHM offering in collaboration with sales and marketing. By identifying market potentials and participating in presentations and customer meetings, you actively contribute to acquiring new customers
• You accompany the onboarding of new CHM customers and contribute to the further development and optimisation of our CHM solutions in interdisciplinary projects

What you bring

• You have training in health promotion, prevention, psychology or a comparable field; a CAS in corporate health management, work and organisational psychology or business psychology is an advantage
• You bring several years of experience in CHM, prevention management or a related field and develop services customer-oriented
• You convince with a sense of responsibility, assertiveness, negotiation skills as well as networked and forward-looking thinking
• You communicate empathetically, appropriately to the situation and solution-oriented with existing and potential customers as well as other stakeholders and actively contribute to acquiring new customers through your professional appearance
• You have fluent German and business fluent French; additional languages, good MS Office skills and IT affinity are an advantage. For accompanying our customers on site, you bring willingness to travel within Switzerland
