To strengthen our team in the women's clothing sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Product Manager, 80%, at the Basel headquarters location from 01.10.2026, fixed-term until 30.09.2027.
Your responsibilities
- You support the Product Manager with administrative tasks.
- You act as a hub between our suppliers, department stores, internal departments and distribution centres.
- You are responsible for ordering, monitoring delivery dates, returns, invoices, price changes, inventories and other administrative tasks.
- You have an overview and understanding of the ordering system and merchandise management system.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education.
- You can demonstrate 2-4 years of professional experience.
- You speak fluent German. You communicate easily in English.
- You are IT-savvy and proficient in Excel.
- You think in a connected way and have high quality standards for your work.
- You enjoy a fast pace and are very flexible and dynamic.
