In this key position, you will manage some of our most important customers from the public transport, culture, and insurance sectors. You will take on the professional and personnel leadership of a motivated Key Account team, act as a strategic sparring partner, and actively drive the further development of our Facility Services. And don’t worry, this is not a sales position but a tactical-strategic leadership role where you keep the big picture in mind and at the same time dive deep into technical topics when needed. You maintain long-term, trusting, and professional customer relationships and create real added value by recognizing needs, anticipating solutions, and effectively advancing your customers.

Your main tasks:

- Support and advise customers on operational, strategic, and conceptual questions in facility management
- Develop innovative concepts with the goal of expanding our services and continuously improving processes to further strengthen customer relationships
- Centrally manage and coordinate all internal and external interfaces and stakeholders
- Create and implement mandate planning and development
- Professional and personnel leadership of two Key Account Managers as well as university interns
- Responsible for quality management and taking appropriate measures to correct performance deviations within the agreed services
- Implement new customers
- Manage projects with interdisciplinary teams

Your profile:

- Degree in facility management or business administration
- At least 5 years of professional experience in operational or strategic facility management in a matrix organization
- Experience in creating and implementing strategic concepts and process optimizations
- Fluent German, good English, and good French skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
- Solid PC skills and willingness to work with various tools
- Organizational talent, networked and analytical thinking as well as solution- and process-oriented working style
- Strong customer and service orientation, winning demeanor, and high commitment
- Impeccable reputation
