In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve the operational units as a Technical Caretaker.

Your main tasks:

Operation and monitoring of building technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, etc.)
Execution of repair and maintenance work
Maintenance of outdoor facilities such as landscaping, leaf and snow removal
Waste separation and disposal of confidential paper, cardboard, PET, etc.
Supervision and parameter adjustments on the building management system
Supervision of electrical or sanitary systems
On-call duty

Your profile:

Apprenticeship as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ
Knowledge in building technology
Experience in maintenance and service activities
Driver's license category B (motor vehicle up to 3.5 t)
PC user skills, MS Office Word, Excel
Good command of the German language
