Someone who enjoys working directly on the machines, takes responsibility, and advances our production with their expertise and own improvement ideas.

Polymechanic – CNC Setter (80–100 %)

Your tasks:

• You independently set up our CNC turning and/or milling machines and prepare them for production.
• You assist in the manufacture and optimisation of sample and first parts.
• You identify potential improvements and actively contribute your own ideas to production.
• In case of manufacturing challenges, you independently seek solutions.
• You support production staff with technical questions.
• Assist in programming sample parts on SolidCAM (2.5D) or Cimco.

Your profile:

• Training as a polymechanic or production mechanic
• Experience in setting up CNC machines in turning and/or milling
• Programming knowledge of SolidCAM is an advantage
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in solving problems directly at the machine
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Resilience and the ability to work calmly and solution-oriented even under time pressure
