What you can achieve:

Visitor reception and visitor control: reception, registration, and forwarding
Taking over various administrative tasks directly at the reception/security center of our customers
Operation of the telephone switchboard
Conducting inspection rounds on the premises
Handling technical devices and systems
Supporting emergency personnel in emergency situations
First intervention in events
Confident and respectful interaction with people in diverse life situations is a matter of course for you

What you bring:

Strong independence, performance capability, and a high sense of responsibility
Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of discretion
High level of empathy
Very good German and good English skills (good spoken English skills)
Completed vocational training or equivalent education
Proficient PC user skills and strong technical understanding
Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
Swiss citizenship or possession of a C permit or EU/EFTA B permit
Good physical condition
