About the job
Our current ELD manager will retire at the end of 2026 – and now it's your turn! We are looking for a committed, warm, and motivated personality who enthusiastically leads and further develops our relief service.
📅 Workload: approx. 40%
📍 Workplace: Affoltern am Albis
⏰ Start: November 2026 or by arrangement
💼 Your tasks
- You lead the relief service operationally – structured, human, and with foresight
- You plan shifts, assignments, and vacations efficiently and fairly
- You strengthen team spirit and lead team meetings with openness and clarity
- You support your team with heart, expertise, and an open ear
- You work closely with clients and relatives and find solutions together
- You actively contribute, think along, and shape the ELD with your personal touch
🎒 What you bring
- A completed education in social or healthcare
- Experience with people – and ideally also in team leadership
- Organizational talent, administrative skills, and a good understanding of operational processes
- You are computer literate and not afraid of new tools
- You think in networks, communicate clearly, and act solution-oriented
- You remain calm, responsible, and keep your sense of humor even in challenging situations
