What you can achieve
- Personnel and professional leadership, development and administrative support of the TGM team of around 10 employees, including deployment planning and coordination of the on-call service
- Responsibility for maintenance and operation of energy and media systems (electricity, heat, compressed air, air conditioning, ventilation, MSRL technology) across the entire site
- Planning, coordination and acceptance of all building installations for new construction, conversion, extension and renovation including statutory inspections
- Project management and controlling in technical building management (HVACSE) as well as support of external planners, architects and installers
- Responsibility as electrical site network operator (medium and low voltage) including switching operations, revision and service work on high and low voltage systems
- Energy management (electricity, heat, water, wastewater, compressed air) and cost-reflective billing to tenants / invoicers
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines, regulations and internal standards (IMS, safety and environmental requirements)
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the field of electrical, building technology, facility management or a related discipline within HVACSE, ideally with further training as a federally certified electrical installation and safety expert
- Several years of practical experience in technical building management including previous leadership role with personnel responsibility
- Solid know-how in planning, operation and maintenance of electrical systems, HVACSE systems as well as media and MSRL technology, including VDI and GEFMA knowledge
- Experience in project management and controlling of construction and conversion measures as well as cooperation with external service providers and authorities
- Confident handling of legal requirements (network operation, installation permits (NIV), inspections) and experience in energy management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, assertiveness as well as team and customer orientation
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; MS Office and common FM software knowledge are advantageous
- Structured, independent and proactive working style with a high service mentality, logical thinking ability and willingness to perform on-call duty
