Type of Work

• You handle demanding, insurance-related matters and manage files neatly, structured and comprehensibly
• You carefully check incoming documents, assess entitlement to benefits and make corresponding decisions
• You move confidently and professionally in close exchange with internal specialist departments as well as external contacts
• You confidently prepare written and telephone information, orders as well as information and decision letters
• You regularly use your language skills in German as well as French and/or Italian in customer contact
• You actively contribute in specialist meetings and participate in the further development and optimisation of processes and work tools

Requirements Profile

• You have successfully completed your paramedical basic training or have a comparable qualification in the health, health insurance or insurance environment
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in an insurance-related function
• In addition to very good German skills, you also have good to very good knowledge of French and optionally Italian (both languages are a plus)
• Working independently, structured and reliably comes easily to you - even when several tasks run in parallel
• You convince in everyday life with a high quality and service awareness, teamwork, discretion and a precise way of working
