- low-threshold and effective situation assessment of people in challenging life situations
- checking possible claims against social insurances
- calculating and applying for entitlement to financial assistance
- applying cantonal legal requirements
- advising and accompanying clients
- developing target agreements in the counseling process
- participating in inter-institutional cooperation
- case management of own client files
- situational triage to other institutions
- varied administrative tasks
Your qualification
- ongoing studies in social work
- interest in social assistance and social insurance law
- motivated, empathetic, and reliable
- good communication skills
