As a host & executive assistant, you support the management in both operational and administrative tasks. You represent our establishment internally and externally, are the contact person for guests, employees, and partners, and ensure a professional and warm process in daily business.
For this versatile position, we are looking for a competent, warm-hearted, and confident personality with pronounced interpersonal skills.
Your Profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you love contact with people, bring calm and confidence, and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Native German and very good English skills (spoken & written) are mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Host license / hospitality permit available or obtainable in the near future.
- Graduation from a hotel management school or equivalent training in hospitality/gastronomy.
- Well-groomed appearance, confident demeanor, and a likeable, natural charisma.
- Structured, independent, proactive working style and excellent organizational talent.
- High resilience, flexibility, and enjoyment of a role that combines operational presence and administrative precision.
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, PMS advantageous).
- Willingness to work mainly in the afternoon, evening, and on weekends.
