As part of a succession planning, we are looking for an engaged and motivated

SUPERVISOR ASPIRE LOUNGES (M/F/D)

WORKLOAD | 100%

SALARY | 56 - 60K CHF

START DATE | IMMEDIATELY

YOUR TASKS:

Shift leadership / operational management of the staff of the four Aspire Lounges (Monday - Sunday including holidays, in the shift framework from 05:00 to 22:00)
First point of contact for staff's professional questions during the ongoing shift
Resolution of conflicts/irregularities and taking appropriate measures in coordination with the Lounge Manager
Forwarding of operationally relevant information to the Team Leader
Ensuring and enforcing processes as well as high quality standards and hygiene regulations
Ensuring and monitoring all hygiene regulations

YOUR PROFILE:

Good spoken German skills and basic communication in English
Professional experience in gastronomy is desirable
Leadership experience is an advantage
