About the job

• Offers and applications for existing as well as new customers are created, processed, and checked by you precisely, efficiently, and with a focus on the essentials
• You advise our sales partners on products, services, existing policies, and technical processes – competently, solution-oriented, and with a positive attitude
• You actively shape the collaboration with adjacent areas such as sales compensation, accounting, customer service, and underwriting to ensure smooth information flow
• You take responsibility in relationship management and maintain sustainable, partnership-based relationships with our sales partners

• You have completed commercial training, ideally complemented by two to three years of experience in the insurance industry
• Very good Italian and German skills distinguish you; French skills are a welcome plus
• You are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team – exchanging with others motivates and drives you
• You keep an overview even in lively moments and work in a structured way – you use challenges to demonstrate your organizational talent
• With an open, committed, and solution-oriented appearance as well as a natural dose of composure, you convince in a dynamic environment
