Your new tasks

• Administrative and organizational support of the ICC team (Inspiration & Convention Center)
• Reservation of rooms, assistance in organizing events, support and advice for internal and external customers
• Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners such as caterers, technicians, and service providers
• Support of the broadcast crew in video productions
• Support for the technical supervision of events by operating simple streaming software
• Organizing, planning, and conducting various tours through the ICC (e.g., Experience Room, factory tours, etc.)
• Independent development of various communication tools (e.g., in the area of social media, etc.), statistics, and feedback
• Support at events
• Collaboration on various projects and taking on own projects

Your talents and experience

• Education: Completed bachelor's degree and intention to complete a master's degree in the near future or enrolled at a Swiss university of applied sciences or university
• Working style: Proactive action and high initiative, well organized with a structured working method, calm behavior even in hectic situations
• Language skills: Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
