We offer you a varied range of tasks
- Leadership responsibility for a software development team (3 employees)
- Responsibility for the technical implementation of the product roadmap within the relevant portfolio
- Coordination of the various projects within the portfolio and external dependencies
- Ensuring the timely development of new functions
- Management of development activities across multiple agile teams
- Prioritisation of technical debt and architectural improvements
- Ensuring high software quality
- Support in the introduction and continuous improvement of development processes
- Project management for topics in the area of Sauter Vision Center
- Close collaboration with Product Management, Head of Operation Software, CTO, Quality Assurance and the Technical Helpdesk as well as with subsidiaries and external development partners
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, software engineering or comparable education
- At least 5 years of experience in software development / software architecture and in managing demanding projects
- Very good user knowledge in complex software platforms, cloud technologies and modern software architecture
- Good know-how in agile development methods (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience in AI-supported development and in building management systems is an advantage
- Decisiveness and assertiveness
- Structured, resilient and reliable personality
- Very good German and English skills
