Deputy Team Leader Powder Coating (m/f) 100%

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed training as a surface coater, industrial painter, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in powder coating or sound knowledge of surface treatment
• High quality awareness and technical understanding
• Team spirit as well as initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Forklift licence is an advantage

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:

• Deputising for the team leader powder coating during their absence
• Supporting the professional leadership and guidance of the team
• Ensuring smooth production processes at the powder coating plant
• Assisting with scheduling and prioritising production orders
• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards as well as conducting quality controls
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring the powder coating plant
• Managing and maintaining the powder and paint warehouse
• Active participation in daily production
