On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a CNC Programmer for Short Turning (a).

• Programming and setting up CNC lathes (Okuma, Index, Miyano, Tsugami, Doosan) for the production of precision turned parts
• Responsibility for new part production from machining strategy to series production
• Creation of tool lists and programme flow plans
• Planning, control and monitoring of production parts
• Measuring and testing with optical and tactile measuring devices
• Monitoring and optimisation of manufacturing processes

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable training
• Experience in programming new parts as well as in optimising CNC programmes
• Good knowledge of one or more machine types (Okuma, Index, Miyano, Tsugami or Doosan)
• Good control knowledge (Fanuc, Okuma-OSP, Siemens or Mitsubishi)
• Experience in measuring and testing technology as well as in reading drawings (form and positional tolerances)
• German language skills (at least level B2)
• Independent, quality-conscious and solution-oriented working style
• Systematic thinking and good eyesight
