Officer in charge of political rights and publications
State Chancellery | 50–60 % | Chur
The State Chancellery considers itself a service provider for the cantonal administration and the public. It is the staff office of the Government and the Grand Council. The State Chancellery enables the Government and Parliament to fulfil their tasks adequately, purposefully and transparently for the public. It guarantees and facilitates the exercise of political rights by citizens.
To complete our team, we are looking for an officer in charge of political rights and publications for the State Chancellery from 1 November 2026 or by agreement.
- Collaboration in the preparation, conduct and control of popular votes and elections.
- Publications in the official cantonal gazette, in the "Official Collection of Cantonal Laws" and in the "Systematic Collection of Graubünden Cantonal Law"
- Assistance in the individual phases of the legislative process
- Completed commercial training as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in public administration
- Experience in the field of political rights is an advantage (e.g. collaboration in a municipal electoral office)
- Excellent IT skills and interest in legal matters
- Proficiency in German; knowledge of other official languages is an advantage
- Independent, fast and very precise working method

- Ability to cope with large workloads and flexibility
