Sales Office Clerk 80-100% (m/f)

Tasks

• Handling the entire sales process: order processing, deadline monitoring, and

delivery up to invoicing

• Processing customs formalities for export
• Creating framework agreements and handling complaints
• Controlling transport invoices
• Maintaining item and customer master data
• Preparing lists
• General support in the sales area

Profile

• Completed training as a merchant
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Fluent German and good French skills are essential, Italian is an advantage
• Good knowledge of ERP systems SAGE, EDI, and MIOS is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Networked thinking and skilled in communication with various interfaces
• The workplace is located in Niederbipp
