What you can achieve
- Overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of technical projects in the areas of maintenance, renewal and optimisation (CAPEX/OPEX projects)
- Management of projects across all project phases – from concept development to commissioning and handover
- Definition of project goals, scope, budget, schedule and resources
- Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality and safety requirements
- Coordination and management of internal departments as well as external service providers, suppliers and partners
- Ensuring documentation, safety and compliance requirements
- Monitoring project progress (costs, schedules, risks and quality) including reporting to management and stakeholders
- Planning and coordination of maintenance and revision work taking operational availability into account
- Support in budget and investment planning
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational or technical training, preferably in the electrical or HVAC sector with further training in project management
- Several years of professional experience and project management competence in the field of building infrastructure
- Enjoyment of collaboration and communication with internal and external partners
- Resilient, flexible and reliable personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and working
- Quick comprehension and high degree of independence
- Good MS Office, CAFM and SAP skills
- Category B driving licence required
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
