Technical Project Manager (PMO)

About the job

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of technical projects in the areas of maintenance, renewal and optimisation (CAPEX/OPEX projects)
• Management of projects across all project phases – from concept development to commissioning and handover
• Definition of project goals, scope, budget, schedule and resources
• Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality and safety requirements
• Coordination and management of internal departments as well as external service providers, suppliers and partners
• Ensuring documentation, safety and compliance requirements
• Monitoring project progress (costs, schedules, risks and quality) including reporting to management and stakeholders
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and revision work taking operational availability into account
• Support in budget and investment planning

• Completed vocational or technical training, preferably in the electrical or HVAC sector with further training in project management
• Several years of professional experience and project management competence in the field of building infrastructure
• Enjoyment of collaboration and communication with internal and external partners
• Resilient, flexible and reliable personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and working
• Quick comprehension and high degree of independence
• Good MS Office, CAFM and SAP skills
• Category B driving licence required
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
