To complete the MISTRAL educational team, a living place hosting 5 residents with ASD profiles and intellectual disabilities, we are looking for a Certified Social Educator (M/F) at an 80% activity rate.

Mission

You contribute to the well-being of the residents, ensure them the greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You guarantee daily educational support. You aim to increase and maintain their skills and support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network.

Responsibilities

Develop educational and pedagogical strategies adapted to the needs of the residents,

Work in an interdisciplinary manner to address complex and heterogeneous issues,

Encourage the integration of the resident's family and close ones in the development and monitoring of their individual project,

Actively collaborate with internal and external networks,

Participate in the selection, organization, and animation of relaxation and leisure activities,

Perform delegated care and medico-technical acts related to your level of competence,

Ensure administrative tasks related to the team and residents.

Desired profile

Degree in social education ASE – ES – HES,

Ease in teamwork and communication, task organization; reliability,

Interest in following people concerned by the ASD field,

Interest in developing communication tools adapted to residents suffering from language disorders, for individualized support and regular coordination of group activities,

Strong motivation for developing new educational actions,

Knowledge of the PPH and interest in engaging in this approach,

Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs,

Driving license desired.

Permanent contract.

Irregular hours, weekend work according to rotation, participation in camps.
