Do you have a passion for leadership, organizational development, and the sustainable design of modern HR work?
As Head of Human Resources, you take on a central leadership role and are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the entire HR area. You lead your team with foresight and professionalism and actively shape HR work at the site leadership team level.
- Personnel and professional leadership of the Human Resources department as well as the secretariat/reception with up to five employees
- Ensuring the entire HR lifecycle together with your team, including payroll
- Consulting, support, and coaching of line managers and employees in all HR-relevant issues as well as leadership and development topics
- Continuous development and digitization of HR processes as well as ensuring efficient organization while adhering to defined standards
- Preparation of monthly reporting including HR reporting to the group
- Timely assurance of international HR management, including visa processes and international payroll
- Responsibility for the personnel budget as well as active participation in the local site leadership team
- A solid basic education with corresponding further training in the HR field as well as proven experience in a comparable function in a pharmaceutical production company or a similarly highly regulated industrial environment
- Additional training in coaching, leadership, change management, or case management is a great advantage
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as Swiss social security and their safe application in practice
- Confident communication in German and English – both spoken and written
- A high IT affinity as well as solid knowledge of MS Office and HR systems such as ABACUS
- Several years of broad-based professional experience in a similar function, ideally with solid practice in a GMP-regulated production environment
- Strong communication skills as well as a motivating, well-organized leadership personality who keeps a cool head even in demanding situations
- A structured, goal-oriented, and flexible personality
