Night Auditor (m/f/d)

About the job

• Ensuring a smooth workflow during the night
• Responsible for the professional handling and personal care of the wishes of our international guests during the night
• Execution and preparation of the daily closing
• Receipt and verification of F&B billing and correction if necessary
• Preparation of all necessary statistics for accounting
• Verification of guest bills and correction if necessary 
• Regular security rounds 
• Responsible for the tasks of the night shift
• Receipt of complaints and their professional handling
• Preparation of the reception for the next day

• Initial professional experience at the front office as a night auditor in luxury hospitality
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages (especially German // Russian, Italian or French) would be an advantage
• Ideally knowledge of the hotel software „Protel” or „Protel Air”
• Structured, organized way of working
• Attention to detail: correct and careful working method
• Team player with a positive attitude: you help your colleagues and contribute proactively
• Resilience: you keep an overview even in stressful situations and are willing to work late evenings and nights
