SRK Care Assistant (m/f/d)

• Careful documentation of care processes according to guidelines
• Co-creation of an activating, appreciative daily routine
• Assumption of nursing and caregiving tasks
• Promotion of residents’ independence and quality of life
• Support with daily hygiene and personal care
• Accompanying residents in everyday life
• Creating a pleasant and friendly environment

• Completed SRK care assistant training required
• Good German language skills and understanding of Swiss German necessary
• Initial experience in elderly care advantageous
• Knowledge in dealing with dementia patients desirable
• Team-oriented, proactive and positive personality
• High sense of responsibility and reliability required
• Independent and flexible working style necessary
• Openness to returnees is present
