Leader notably in the autonomous and simplified management of RCP(s), smart-me has been designing comprehensive solutions for over 10 years to measure, control and bill energy in buildings. Our smart meters, our charging station and our unique backend are entirely developed and manufactured in Switzerland — with already more than 300,000 metering points under contract.

Meanwhile, our subsidiary eCarUp specialises in the simple and economical management of AC and DC charging infrastructures, both public and in condominiums (currently managing nearly 40,000 points).

Mission

• First point of contact for B2B activities in French-speaking Switzerland (phone, email, videoconference), you handle incoming requests professionally.
• You participate in developing the partner network and the company’s commercial activities, notably through visits (up to about 50% travel).
• You analyse and handle the technical needs of clients and partners rigorously and systematically.
• At their request, you contribute to the development of technical concepts and offers for them.
• You support your contacts in addressing their technical questions and configuring systems to optimise installations.
• From your activities, you help identify new business opportunities for our company.
• You ensure that projects and activities are rigorously recorded in our systems.

Profile

• You have a solid technical or possibly commercial education (focus: energy systems, electricity or electromobility), or you bring a good technical understanding as part of a career change.
• You have affinities with products and services related to the energy transition and enjoy interacting with our French-speaking partners who implement them.
• Persistent, you know how to follow up with them to help complete their projects, from submitting their offer to implementation.
• You are autonomous while appreciating teamwork, you spot opportunities on your own initiative and enjoy taking responsibility for your ongoing matters.
• You master digital tools perfectly (CRM, etc.) and work in a structured manner.
• You communicate perfectly in French. Additional knowledge of German or English is a plus for internal company communications but not essential.
• Basic knowledge in energy management, electric mobility or building technology is a real advantage for developing skills in advising partners and end users.
• Some experience in a similar role or in project management can be an asset.
• You reside in French-speaking Switzerland and know this region well.
