About the job
What you can achieve
- You will take on the personnel and professional leadership of around 17 employees in the preparation of our globally popular Caffè Latte products as well as our delicious yoghurt specialties.
- Together with a colleague, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the various preparation systems.
- You take responsibility for the development of your employees through development and target discussions.
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and further develop the defined standards.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a dairy technologist.
- You bring several years of leadership experience of medium-sized teams in a production environment (ideally in the food industry).
- You have further training beneficial for this position (technical school 1 or alternatively business management training).
- You are proficient in using SAP, common M365 tools, and MES.
- Your open, engaging, and communicative personality makes it easier for you to settle in with us.
- You are willing to take on on-call duty (only at weekends).
- You have negotiation-level German language skills, both spoken and written.
