As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the sales strategy for Red Bull as well as The ORGANICS by Red Bull. YOUR TASKS
Key Account Management
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the acquisition, care, and further development of key account customers in the linked daytime gastronomy sector. This includes regular personal visits to customers and stakeholders as well as planning, executing, and controlling sales activities to achieve defined goals regarding sales and turnover, profitability, distribution, implementation at the POS, and promotions. You prepare the necessary decision-making bases, conduct negotiations regarding assortment, conditions, and promotions, create annual plans, and ensure that the agreed measures are implemented in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you support your superior in the development and implementation of the strategy in the gastronomy sector and independently handle sales and cost budget planning.
Further Activities
Competitor monitoring for the assigned channels, including the development and implementation of countermeasures, is also part of your responsibilities, as is the preparation of regular reports on market implementations. Furthermore, you monitor the success of your projects through analyses, regular customer meetings, and store checks. The preparation of offers and new concepts as well as the organisation and implementation of sales projects complete the diverse range of tasks.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a completed business administration education (FH, university, or similar) or further training in sales/marketing in the FMCG sector.
- You bring several years of sales experience, preferably in key account management, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the gastronomy industry.
- You are a results-oriented, committed, independent, dynamic, and sociable personality with strong analytical and sales talents and a positive charisma.
- You have the ability to quickly analyse business matters and use them profitably; you enjoy developing concepts & solution proposals and leading their implementation.
- You are fluent in German for negotiations and have very good English and French skills.
