Internal Sales Consultant 80-100%

Your main tasks

• Competent customer advice in the field of wood-based materials by phone and email
• Receiving and processing enquiries and orders
• Project support from quotation to delivery
• Hub function between field sales, customers, and suppliers

Your profile

• Professional training as a joiner/carpenter EFZ, or commercial training with sales experience in the wood-based materials trade
• Several years of experience in the construction or related industry is an advantage, preferably in the wood-based materials sector
• Negotiation skills in dealing with customers and suppliers
• High service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Good MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Enjoyment of sales and trade
