Your Profile

You have a qualification as a construction manager, at least 5 years of professional experience, and bring experience in managing construction projects along with the necessary expertise. You work independently, very precisely, and punctually. You are team-oriented, confident in dealing with colleagues, clients, planners, and contractors. Proficiency with MS Office and the construction administration software Messerli is a matter of course for you. Very good knowledge of the German language is required.

Your Tasks

You lead the implementation of diverse construction projects and supervise the work of construction companies, craftsmen, and third parties. You review construction procedures, define services and deadlines, negotiate contracts, and obtain the necessary permits. Compliance with budgets, deadlines, quality, and occupational safety is a matter of course for you.
