What awaits you

• Leading and coaching a team of 17 field sales representatives
• Training new team members and organising training sessions and coaching
• Regular support during trips, follow-up interviews and setting objectives
• Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of turnover, sales and profitability
• Implementing strategic commercial measures and analysing relevant indicators
• Planning and successfully executing targeted commercial actions
• Regular exchanges with management and other departments
• Ensuring transparent information flow within the team and between hierarchical levels
• Supporting the team during demanding commercial negotiations or key meetings with important clients
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities, identifying potentials and developing measures to acquire and retain customers

What sets you apart

• Completed commercial or craft training
• Several years of experience in external sales, ideally with knowledge of the mobility sector
• Initial experience in management
• Fluency in German, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in common IT tools such as MS Office
• Good communication skills, negotiation talent, high availability and success orientation
