• Analysis and documentation of business and IT requirements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders (departments, IT teams, partners)
• Identification and evaluation of process optimizations as well as participation in their implementation
• Development of solution concepts and support of the technical implementation
• Assistance in test planning and execution (e.g., functional tests) to ensure quality and functionality
• Creation and maintenance of technical and professional documentation (e.g., specifications, manuals)
• Close collaboration with project management, development teams, and departments to ensure efficient implementation of requirements

• Completed training or degree in business informatics, business administration, banking, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, ideally in the IT or financial sector
• Solid knowledge in the banking environment as well as understanding of data analysis and modeling
• Experience with workflow and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and common project management methods (Agile/Waterfall)
• Experience in requirements analysis for banking processes
• Solid knowledge of the core banking system Avaloq
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high service orientation
• Team player with strong communication skills in dealing with technical and professional stakeholders
• Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
