Are you our new team member who will support us as a Floor Supervisor immediately or by arrangement?
You will work 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday in a 100% position.
Our task menu
- Daily room inspection
- Ensuring cleanliness and a good appearance throughout the hotel together with the Cluster Supervisor
- Identifying and fulfilling guest needs and wishes
- Ensuring the work and deployment of housekeeping
- Checking & supporting the housekeeping team in cleaning the floors
- Allocation of rooms in cooperation with the Front Office
- Implementation of the annual deep cleaning of the hotel
- Ensuring and implementing the "Sorell Standards", hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
- Training and leading employees
- Conducting briefings and debriefings as well as participating in team and management meetings
- Assisting in the recruitment of new employees
Your recipe for success
- Basic training as a hotel specialist EFZ or completed hotel management school
- 3 years of professional experience in the hotel industry
- First leadership experience desirable
- Good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- Flawless oral and written German skills as well as good oral and written English skills
- User knowledge in PMS such as Protel, Fidelio or Opera
- Detail- and service-oriented
- Eager to learn and resilient
- Hygiene conscious
- Structured and independent
