Assistant Network Management KiBe (m/f) 80 - 100 %
Your passion
You support the childcare management (KiBe) administratively and professionally, take over the management of quality inspections such as ZHAW Module C and QualiKita, and are the first contact person for V-TaK questions. You coordinate the onboarding of new daycare managers and accompany the renewal of operating permits. Together with the management, you drive pedagogical quality forward and support the implementation of guidelines and regulations.
In addition, you ensure the smooth operation of technical aids, conduct market analyses, and support process management for KiBe and sales. You work on cross-departmental projects and take on general administrative tasks for the management.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) and/or commercial training with experience in the daycare sector. Leadership experience as a daycare manager is an advantage. Confident use of digital tools such as Kipro or Abacus is a matter of course for you.
