To strengthen our team in Cham, we are looking for a committed individual who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer contact.

Your Tasks

As a project manager and customer advisor, you are the central contact person for our service customers. You accompany projects from the initial inquiry to successful implementation and support our service technicians with demanding technical questions.

Your main tasks include

• Project management and coordination of service projects in the HVAC sector
• Personal care and advice for our service customers
• Preparation of quotations as well as project and maintenance documentation
• Technical support for our service technicians
• Analysis of complex faults and troubleshooting on HVAC systems
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable customer relationships

Your Profile

• Completed technical training in HVAC or building automation
• Several years of experience in service or project business in building technology
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and developing sustainable solutions
• Organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
