Digital Transformation Officer for Digital Channels
You maintain and design the digital channels of the over 200 administrative procedures of the Building Department and ensure that these are safe and easily accessible for the citizens and businesses of the Canton of Zurich. You shape the digital transformation of the administration and contribute to the benefit for the population and economy, which is the focus of all our activities.
Your tasks
- Professional responsibility for the digital channels of the Building Department as well as their further development
- Bundling, prioritising and incorporating department-specific requirements into central solutions
- Accompanying the implementation of new or further developed functionalities
- Advising and supporting our offices in the further digitalisation of their administrative procedures
- Coordinating the involved functions and organisational units
- Representing requirements in digitalisation projects, projects and application management
- Participation in further digitalisation projects and initiatives
Your profile
- Tertiary education at FH level (e.g. in business informatics, business administration)
- Several years of experience in the digitalisation of processes, services or communication channels in larger organisations
- Ability to translate complex requirements regarding stakeholders, users and IT architecture into intuitive interfaces and user flows
- Expert knowledge in project management and methods
