About the job

The Alterswohnen Muttenz Foundation offers elderly people a variety of tailored models for living, care and nursing, creating a cosy and comfortable home for them. The foundation includes the Zum Park and Käppeli retirement and nursing homes with their 204 rooms, which have been organisationally merged.

Responsibilities

Take holistic nursing responsibility for our residents
Recognise nursing diagnoses, initiate and review measures
Participate in case discussions
Be a professionally and personally competent contact person for staff, residents, relatives and doctors
Document nursing efforts using the RAI system
Medication management

Requirements

You have completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF
You love people and appreciate working with elderly people
You enjoy a varied, demanding and responsible role
You have a sense of humour to overcome challenges with a smile
You enjoy working in and for a team
You have a positive attitude towards life and death
You bring social and personal skills as well as good communication abilities
You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
You have good computer skills
