Responsibilities

Empathetic, holistic care and support of the home's residents
Collaborative partnership with relatives
Taking on household tasks
Proper use of aids
Supporting interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments
Careful handling of available resources
Accurate nursing documentation
Supporting quality assurance and development in the nursing area

Requirements

You have completed training as a Health and Social Assistant (AGS) or as SRK
You have good computer skills
You have very good German skills in spoken and written form
You are an open and communicative strong personality
You enjoy working in a team
You love people and are service-oriented
