Your new tasks

• You actively and purposefully address the market by analysing the core business of customers and developing tailored approaches
• Building on this, you acquire new customers and maintain long-term business relationships with end customers, building automation and electrical planners, as well as installation companies
• Additionally, you work together with the internal sales team to develop individual solution concepts and contribute to the preparation of offers
• Finally, you conduct sales negotiations up to successful contract conclusion and maintain all offer and customer data in the CRM system

Your talents and experience

• You have successfully completed a technical education, ideally in the field of electrical, HVAC or automation, as well as preferably further training at HF or FH level in a technical discipline and additional qualifications in business administration or sales
• You have several years of experience in the technical field and/or in sales, ideally related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning or construction
• You bring strong analytical skills as well as experience in developing individual solution concepts
• Your working style is independent and characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation and teamwork
• You have very good German skills; good English and French skills are an advantage
