To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated SERVICE TECHNICIAN (m/f).

Tasks

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of our high-quality coffee machines at customers’ premises.
• Conducting fault diagnostics and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Training and advising customers on the optimal use of our products.
• Documenting the work performed and maintaining service reports.
• Close collaboration with our technical support and other departments.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training, ideally in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Experience in technical customer service, preferably in the hospitality or coffee machine industry.
• Good knowledge of electronics and mechanics.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style.
• Friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers.
• Driving licence category B.
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage.
