- Inspections, repairs and maintenance work on complex HVACSE systems as well as site and building technical facilities
- Ensuring and optimising operational readiness, including switching operations in the LV/HV network
- Coordination, accompaniment and follow-up of periodic inspections as well as handling of resulting defects
- Electrical installations, conversions and technical adjustments to buildings and systems
- Organisation, supervision and quality control of external service providers; maintenance of technical documentation in the CAFM system and participation in on-call duty

- Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ
- Practical experience in an industrial environment or in the field of technical building management
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high service orientation
- Good IT skills (CAFM systems, Office packages) and interest in computer-supported processes

- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
