About the job

• Further development of the global brand strategy
  including sharpening the brand system and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all companies.
• Technical and operational management of the Group Marketing Services team
  as well as close collaboration with business units and international sales companies.
• Responsibility for Corporate Design, Corporate Communication and Content
  (including website, social media, graphics, video and trade fairs).
• Optimisation and standardisation of marketing processes
  to support international market requirements and scalability.
• Driving digital transformation in marketing
  through the use of modern tools and innovative approaches in the B2B environment.

• Sound knowledge in branding
• Marketing disciplines: design / graphics / event management
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Management and leadership skills in an international environment
• Experience in the technical leadership of international teams
• Enjoyment of working in international teams
