In Muri, in the heart of the village centre, we offer professional care and a vibrant community living environment to 57 residents. In two additional houses, we manage rental apartments and provide our services there. People are at the centre of what we do, and we value joint development. Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel leadership of a care team
• Responsible for administrative management and documentation
• Participation in the further development and optimisation of processes
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Exchange and coordination with management and executive team members
• RAI Coordinator

Your Profile

• Completed nursing training or equivalent
• Professional and leadership experience as well as willingness to undertake further training
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Confident handling of electronic care documentation
• Team-oriented, resilient personality with good German language skills, both spoken and written
