Responsibilities

• You will lead the acute and transitional care department in a goal-oriented manner and promote as well as challenge the staff according to professional, social and economic principles.
• You will take responsibility for the holistic care and support of our patients.
• You are responsible for quality development and ensure compliance with hygiene, care and training regulations.
• You actively participate in nursing and support the team.

Profile

• Strong ability for holistic and interconnected thinking
• Leadership training or willingness to undertake such, as well as several years of practical and leadership experience, preferably in acute, long-term care and geriatrics
• Training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Resilience, flexibility, a touch of humour and high social competence
• Good communication skills, both written and oral

Salaries for nursing and therapeutic professions have been increased to strengthen these professional groups. The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 93,838 to CHF 125,386 (100%) depending on experience.
