Role:
The company is a Swiss technology firm focused on digital solutions for healthcare and supports medical service providers in efficiently organising and digitalising their daily processes.
Particularly exciting is the combination of software development, digitalisation, and healthcare. Employees work at the interface of technology, customer service, product development, administration, and medical business processes, contributing to the continuous development of digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
You take full responsibility for financial accounting and coordinate with the external fiduciary partner for financial statements as well as VAT and social security accounting.
You prepare financial reports and key performance indicator analyses for management and actively support budgeting, forecasting, and business management issues.
You contribute to the further development of the finance department and drive projects such as expanding management reporting and optimising existing tools.
Your interest in digitalisation and efficient processes enables you to critically review existing workflows and implement sustainable improvements.
Qualifications:
A further education in finance and accounting or controlling as well as several years of practical experience in a comparable position form your foundation.
You have a strong IT and process affinity and enjoy using new technologies and digital solutions.
Your working style is analytical, precise, structured, and reliable, while you tackle tasks pragmatically and proactively.
You are a team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality who enjoys a varied area of responsibility - fluent written and spoken German.
