What to expect

• As Product Owner in the Value Hub Integration, you are responsible for the products of the Insurance & IO Integration team
• Together with your team, you develop integration solutions for the seamless digital exchange of documents and data between insurers and their partner ecosystem
• Together with customers and internal stakeholders, you design solutions for document and dossier processing along the end-to-end business processes
• You actively drive the standardisation, reusability and quality of your products and successfully position them in the market
• In direct customer contact, you identify needs and market developments early and handle escalations in a solution-oriented manner
• The product backlog is your responsibility. This includes prioritisation, aligning the scope with customers and planning in line with medium- and long-term organisational planning
• Based on defined KPIs, you measure product success and ensure timely and budget-compliant implementations within the framework of the Program Increments (PI)

• Experience as a Product Owner, ideally within an agile framework
• Solid knowledge in software development and integration of different components in a heterogeneous environment
• Experience with integration solutions for the digital exchange of documents and data
• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes in the insurance industry, ideally in health and accident insurance, including document and dossier processing
• Experience in requirements definition and collaboration with software suppliers and development teams
• Education or further training in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field
